Why did I get this notice?

Records indicate you may have held Focus Media ADS shares (FMCN) as of March 16, 2010 or purchased them between March 17, 2010 and July 29, 2010. The purpose of the plan is to benefit injured investors who incurred losses of those shares.

How do I join?

To participate in this settlement, you need to fill out the claim form and mail it to:

What is the deadline to join this Settlement?

The Proof of Claim Form must be submitted no later than June 20, 2018.

What does the Distribution provide?

The amount available for distribution is $55,000,000, which will earn interest, to be distributed, after deduction of fund administration costs, and any applicable Taxes (the “Net Distribution Fund”) among all investors who submit valid Claim Forms and are found to be entitled to a distribution from the Fair Fund.

My spouse or relative received a Claim Form by mail, but they are deceased or incapacitated.

If you believe you are entitled to act on the deceased or incapacitated investor’s behalf please provide a copy of any death certificate and a letter detailing who you are and your relationship to the putative investor along with the signed Claim Form.

How can I confirm my Claim has been received?

If you desire an acknowledgment of receipt of your claim form, please send it via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, or its equivalent. You will bear all risks of delay or non-delivery of your claim.
